360 Self defence and self protection training
360 are:
- Experts in the teaching of instinctive based self defence, self protection and combat survival systems originating from Israel these include Krav Maga Maor, Krav Maga, Kapap, and other Israeli forms of defence.
- Instructors in the Jim Wagner reality based training system.
- Experienced , have operational experience and have gained training from other units around the world including those from the UK and US.
- Constantly updating our training through direct tuition in Israel and from visiting Israeli Instructors.
- Instructors with 25 years+ experience of self protection.
360 Self protection courses :
- provides a life skill.
- deliver reality based Self defence, self protection and survival training courses which
can be selected stand alone or part of a mix and match module e.g 4 Hours AAA, 4 Hours Self protection.
- can range from a half day and up to 6 weeks in duration
- are simple, instinctive, quick to learn with techniques embedded and learnt in minutes.
- use gross motor skills under stress (Fine motor skills rarely work in real conditions)
- recognise that self-protection is a basic human right and use's tried , tested and retested methods.
- deal with situations involving singular and multiple assailants, unarmed or armed.
- are based on real life, evolved from experience and has been tested in almost every possible situation.
- are often taught from a position of disadvantage.
- uses stress based training and accelerated learning techniques
- uses verbal disarms, conflict management soft and hard techniques
- uses simple use of force continiuum so that delegates always know their legal position
- use's real life scenario's
- train in all environments and conditions

- assumes that potential assailants are the most highly skilled individuals in the world and delivers it's training on this basis

360's most commonly selected course is the 2 day basic Introduction to self defence package which deals with :
- pre-conflict - AAA (Awareness Anticipation and Avoidance)-Non Physical section
- conflict with single or multiple assailants unarmed, armed or mixed
- post conflict considerations (Witness statements, evidence etc.)
- unarmed problems/situations including bear hugs, chokes, clothing grabs, hair pulls, headlocks, wrist grabs etc
- an Introduction to hand gun defence
- concentrates fully on the threat and attacks using sharp objects including knifes
- Knife survival based on scenarios involving Instructors playing the role of highly stressed and well trained opponents
- Recreation of actual common scenario's

**The Health and safety at work act places a burden on employers to ensure adequate and appropriate training. The provision and use of work equipment regulations extend to the motor vehicle and its use, including privately owner vehicles used on company business. For companies employing 5 or more staff the training requires to be documented to conform to Section 2 of the act.
