Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Krav Maga Scotland.  You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of content - Krav Maga Scotland has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. Packaging may vary from that shown. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Krav Maga Scotland disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Krav Maga Scotland  shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

4. Damage to your computer - Krav Maga Scotland makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Krav Maga Scotland shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

6. Costs of goods and services - The cost of all goods and services is quoted in UK Pounds (GBP,£)

7.Delivery charges and delivery times  - Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered , the service you select and the location in the world that the charges relate to and cannot be refunded. All items in your order will be despatched at the same time . Therefore the goods will be despatched at the point of the slowest item.  E.g. Embroidered Polo shirts are made to order, so any other clothing items , t-shirts or training equipment will be despatched once the Polo shirt is completed.   Pre-order items will be delivered using our standard delivery service. So, once they have been despatched, they'll arrive in 4 to 7 working days.

We will take payment for your pre-order items at the point of order In very rare circumstances we may not be able to fulfil your order. It may be that we have stock delivery issues at our suppliers that are beyond our control. Should any problems with the availability of your order occur, we will let you know as soon as possible and keep you up to date. Our usual cancellation and refund policies apply to all pre-order items.

8. Orders

How do I pay for my order? - We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using debit cards, delta, switch or solo,  Visa, or MasterCard . Service fees (for example if you pay off-line) will not be refunded to you if you cancel your ticket.   The price quoted excludes a surcharge that will be levied if you pay by credit card (2.6%) or American Express (3.1%) debit card payments are free of surcharge.

Availability of goods and services - All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Tracking orders - Sign in to your unique login to track the progress of your order.

Ordering errors - You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit’ on the final page of our ordering process.

When will I receive my pre-ordered items? - Pre-order items , like Gift Certificates or special occasion gifts will be shown as ‘Available’ in your shopping basket; please note this means that they are available for pre-order, not always available for despatch. e.g. Special occasions such as Mothers or Fathers day, Christmas etc . The pre-order items you order will be delivered by the advertised date or in the case of a birthday your requested date in the special instructions box.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order - If you have supplied us with your email address, on completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email.

Delays - Occasionally, goods may be delayed, particularly where items are individually embroidered (e.g. Polo shirts)  This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Restrictions on purchases

Where the order concerns:

a.        Goods or services that you are the person who’s card details are noted and legally old enough to use a bank or credit card defined by the laws in your territory.

b.       Training courses are for Adults only or where agreement is reached in special circumstances to teach those under 18 years, with the express permission of a legal guardian or parent.

c.        Training knives or rubber training guns by placing an order you confirm that you are over the age of 21.

d.       Classified videos and DVDs, by placing an order you confirm that you are over the age classified by the video/DVD.

9. REFUNDS - Returning an item ordered online

As long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition, you can post the item back to Krav Maga Scotland to the address noted on the sent from detail on the packing. Subject to this a full refund will be noted except for any service charge applied at the point of sale which is not refundable.  Please note that delivery and gift wrap service charges are not refunded except in accordance with your legal rights.

Please give us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account.

10. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

Classes and courses –

Full refunds are noted where Krav Maga Scotland cancel the course.

Cancellation refunds are noted on the following sliding scale. These are based on the number of weeks before the start date of a course.

Cancellation or advise of non attendance of a course/class will result in the following percentage refunds based on calendar weeks, not working weeks :

The above refunds may be modified or a larger refund given if special circumstances are noted. These will be at the discretion of Krav Maga Scotland.  Where specific trips/courses or holidays abroad are noted e.g. Training camps in Europe or Israel, separate cancellation charges and notices will be advised at the time of booking. This is due to the reliance on other companies and carriers for goods and services booked via Krav Maga Scotland. E.g. Airlines, Hotels etc

Clothing and apparel

We are unable to offer a refund on electrical or battery operated equipment once the packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights. After you have received your goods, you can return any clothing item to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused, returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition within 7 calendar days of receipt of your goods.

Gift Purchases

If you return a gift wrapped order, we don't refund the gift wrap service charge

After you have received your gift , you can return any clothing or apparel or training item to us for an exchange or refund in credit vouchers, as long as it is unused, returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your gift.  Proof of purchase or receipt will be required.

11. Overseas (Non UK) customers  -

The cost of all goods and services is quoted in UK Pounds (GBP,£) -

No export restrictions apply, although goods are subject to postage and packing costs , which will be advised to you by email requesting a confirmation , acceptance and payment of the costs, terms and conditions before despatch.

Non UK residents attending UK based courses will be quoted and charged in UK pounds (GBP,£) and subject to UK rules and regulations

All Krav Maga Scotland classes, courses or training camps outside of the UK will be quoted in UK Pounds (GBP, £) with any local taxes paid in the locale.

Any goods, training or defence weapons ( training guns, rubber knifes, stab vests etc) or training course services subject to import or local taxes in the customers country of origin are the responsibility of the customer. Krav Maga Scotland send any goods in good faith that the customer is aware of their own laws and regulatory matters pertaining to their residential territory.  

12. Links to other websites - We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Krav Maga Scotland cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

13. Exclusions of liability - Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Krav Maga Scotland or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
